AI Assistant Integration (System Management)

Manage all the AI Assistants

When you click the link of AI Assistant Integration Settings in Settings menu, the AI Assistant Integration management list screen is displayed.
You can confirm the integrated AI Assistants.

• Add an AI Assistant to integrate.
  
• Change the selected display order of assistants.
  Choose items which you want to change the order from the list and then press "Change Display Order" button to switch the screen mode to Change Display Order mode.
  In Change Display Order mode, choose the destination of the users. You can move more than one user at once.
  
  * Press and hold down the mouse button over the data you want to move and move the mouse and release the mouse button on desired place to change the display order.
  
• Delete the selected assistants.
  
  * Cannot be deleted from neoAI Chat.
• The list of assistants is displayed.
  You can setup the application administrators of Status Assistant Integration.
  When you click an Assistant Name link, the "Update Assistant" screen of the corresponding assistant is displayed.

Add an AI Assistant

In the AI Assistant list, when you press the "Add Assistant" button, the "Add Assistant" screen will be displayed.
You can add an integrated AI Assistant.

• The Assistant Name that was set when creating the assistant in neoAI Chat is displayed.
  
  * This will be displayed when the Connection Test is successful.
• The Icon Image that was set when creating the assistant in neoAI Chat is displayed.
  
  * This will be displayed when the Connection Test is successful.
  * In [Setup > External Service Links Settings > neoAI Chat Integration Settings] when "Assistant Icon" is set to "Display", it will be displayed.
• Set the Endpoint URL issued in neoAI Chat.
  (For more information about issuing an Endpoint URL, please refer to  AI Assistant Integration > AI Assistant Integration Settings > Issue an AI Assistant Endpoint and an Assistant API Key in neoAI Chat  in the System Management Manual.
• Set the API Key issued in neoAI Chat.
  (For more information about issuing an API Key, please refer to  AI Assistant Integration > AI Assistant Integration Settings > Issue an AI Assistant Endpoint and an Assistant API Key in neoAI Chat  in the System Management Manual.
• Perform the Connection Test of the AI Assistant to integrate.
  * When the Connection Test is successful, the "Add" button will become clickable.
• Set whether to make the assistant usable or not.
  
• Enter a description of the assistant.
  
  * When using an assistant for the first time, the configured settings are displayed as guidance.
• Set whether the users/groups that can use the assistant.
  Select the users/groups to give access rights to.

Click "Add" button to save and add the data.

Update an AI Assistant

In the AI Assistant list, when you press an Assistant Name link, the "Update Assistant" screen will be displayed.
You can update an integrated AI Assistant.



Click "Update" button to save the changes.
