Teams Integration and Outside Partic.
You can add outside participants when you enable Teams Meeting when adding/updating an event in desknet's NEO.
* You can select Teams Meeting when you add an event if you set the "Teams Integration" setting in [System Management > General Settings] to "Yes".
* You can add outside participants when adding an event if you set the "Add Outside Partic." setting in [System Management > General Settings] to "Allow".
①Set Teams Meeting, Outside Partic. when adding an event in desknet's NEO
You can synchronize an event with Teams Meeting when you enable "Teams Meeting" when adding an event in desknet's NEO.
* You cannot disable "Teams meeting" when updating an event.
* Changes won't be shown when you edit and synchronize the content of an event in desknet's NEO when updating an event with Teams Meeting enabled.
* During "Enable Approval Request Option", "Teams Meeting" cannot be selected/updated.
You can add outside participants that are not registered in desknet's NEO when you add "Outside Partic." when creating an event in desknet's NEO.
* Please add the participants information as one of the formats described below.

* You can add up to 256 participants.
* During "Enable Approval Request Option", "Outside Partic." cannot be added/updated.
All the event settings will be synchronized as described above.

When you add a Teams Meeting event, "Teams Meeting" icon and "Join Teams Meeting" button are displayed in the event details.
When you click the "Join Teams Meeting" button, the confirmation window is displayed.
When you click "Yes" in the confirmation window, the [Join Teams Meeting] is displayed in a new window.
②Add an event with an Outlook's Team Meeting set (Not added in desknet's NEO Schedule)
* When the "Sync Type" setting in [System Management > General Settings] is "Only sync desknet's NEO to Microsoft 365", it won't synchronize.

When you add an event in Outlook, desknet's NEO Schedule synchs with "Outlook Calendar", and it registers the event in Schedule.
When you add in Outlook an event with Teams Metting enabled, the "Join Teams Meeting" button is displayed in desknet's NEO [Details of Event] screen.
When you add an event in Outlook with attendees that are not registered in desknet's NEO, they are displayed as "Outside Partic." in desknet's NEO [Details of Event] screen.
In this moment, each event field is synched as described above.
