Sync Schedule Data
On schedule sync, desknet's NEO Schedule and Outlook Calendar are synchronized by the latest data.
* In case of "Sync Type" in "System Management" - "General Settings" is set to "Sync both desknet's NEO and Microsoft 365",
desknet's NEO data will be send to Outlook if desknet's NEO data is the latest, and Outlook data wil be send to desknet's NEO if Outlook data is the latest.
* In case of "Sync Type" in "System Management" - "General Settings" is set to "Only sync desknet's NEO to Microsoft 365",
desknet's NEO data will be send to Outlook if desknet's NEO data is the latest.
* In case of "Sync Type" in "System Management" - "General Settings" is set to "Only sync Microsoft 365 to desknet's NEO",
Outlook data wil be send to desknet's NEO if Outlook data is the latest.

Next, add an event to Schedule in desknet's NEO.
* Example below assumes that "Sync Type" in "System Management" - "General Settings" is set to "Sync both desknet's NEO and Microsoft 365".
- Add Event
Add an event on any date to the user signing-in.
- Sync with Outlook Calendar
When Microsoft 365 integration is available, adding an event make the button spin.
That means the new data is being synchronized with Outlook Calendar.

Next, go to Microsoft 365 and take a look at Outlook Calendar.
- Event Synchronized from desknet's NEO
You will see that the event just added in desknet's NEO has been synchronized to Outlook Calendar.

Now, try adding an event to Outlook Calendar.

Add a new event in Outlook Calendar.

Next, click on the sync button in desknet's NEO Schedule.
