Manage all the send history

When you press the File Transfer Management link in Settings menu, the File Transfer Management list screen is displayed.
You can check the used space of each user.

• Users who belong to the group you selected are displayed.
  When you press "Select Group" button, Group Selection window is displayed.
  
• This is the list of users.
  When you press a link of the name, the profile window is displayed.
  When you click a link of used space, the send history list screen of the target user will be displayed.
  

- (Physically Deleted)

• When you select "(Physically Deleted)" from the "Select Group" button, a list of physically deleted users will be displayed.
  The name of the physically deleted users will not be a link.
  When you click the Confirm Send History link, the send history list screen of the target user will be displayed.
  

Display the target user's send history in the list

When you click a link of used space in the list of users, the send history list screen of the target user will be displayed.
You can check the content of send history and cancel downloads.

• Cancel the file download.
  
• The used space of the currently displayed users is displayed.
  
  * If the space is not limited, this is not displayed.
  
• The list of send history is displayed.
  You can check Status, Subject, Open Due Date, Send Date/Time and Size.
  When you click a subject link in the send history list, the detail screen of the target send history will be displayed.
  

Check the target user's file details

When you click a subject link in the send history list, the detail screen of the target file will be displayed.

• You can update the Open Due Date.
  Click the button to display a confirmation dialog for updating the open due date.

  The End Date can be updated.
  * In [System Management > General Settings], when "Maximum Number of Days for Open Due Date" is set and there is no date that can updated, the "Open Due Date" button will be hidden.
• You can cancel a download.
  When you cancel, the "Change Open Due Date" and the "Cancel Download" button will become hidden.
  * You cannot resume the download of a file that has been canceled.
• You can delete an uploaded file.
  When you delete a file, all the buttons will become hidden.
  
  * You cannot recover the deleted files. Please take note.
  
• The file's download history is displayed.
  When sending a file, the name of the recipients selected from the Address Book or the User Directory will be displayed as links.
  * In case where the target data gets modified or deleted, or when the login user doesn't have read rights, the link may not be displayed.
  
  Click on each of the links to display the following dialog.
  Address Book : Address Book Window
  User Directory : Profile Window
  
  * The information displayed in the window will be the contents when the file is sent.
  Click on the "Download Time/Day" link to display the download time and day, and the Source IP Address.
  
  
• The details of the sent files are displayed.
