Web Conference (System Management )

Settings of enabling or disabling the function of Web Conference and adding a license key of Web Conference.
* Only administrators can use these functions.

To Enable or Disable Web Conference Feature


Go to Setup > Operation Settings > Menu Settings > desknet's NEO Menu Settings to display desknet's NEO Menu Settings screen.
Enabling and disabling the Web Conference feature can be done here.

To Add a License Key of Web Conference


Go to Setup > Basic Settings > License Settings.
Please note that you have to purchase a license key of Web Conference to complete this setup.




Click "Add License Key" button to open Add License Key screen.



Enter a license key of Web Conference and click "Add" button to add the license.



Information of the license key is displayed in a list.
